How to Bid On A Rock

There are two ways you can bid on your favourite rock

Online or In Person:

1. If you live in the region

You can bid here, online, or why not book a ticket and come along for the fun and excitement of the auction itself on 17 November? Your $15 entry includes finger food, wine, soft drink and tea/coffee.

You can also pop in to see all the rocks on display and/or place a bid at the Bridgetown Pottery Restaurant and Gallery, 81 Hampton Road, Bridgetown from Mon-Sat 10am-3pm until the auction.

2. If you don't live in the region

Join in the fun and bid online!  If you win, we'll even arrange a collection point in the Perth metro area!
Click the 'Bid On A Rock' button above  and add your name, phone number, the number of the rock you want to bid for and your bid amount.

How online bidding works

Online bids will be updated every two days on the "Our Artists Rocks" page and will include the bidder's initials so that you know if it's your bid that's leading! It is up to you to keep checking back to see if you have been outbid.

You can increase your bid at any time by clicking the same 'Bid On A Rock' button

Online bids close at 11.59 pm on Thursday 16th November. If your bid is not exceeded at the live auction on 17 November, you win the rock!

Once a bid is made, either online or at the live auction, we take you at your honour that you will follow through with payment should your bid be the highest.

If yours is the winning bid

You will be contacted and can collect your rock from Manjimup, Bridgetown or Balingup. If you do not live in the region and cannot arrange local collection, you can collect your rock from an address in Midland.
